I will have a SQL server that basically ran a series of random restarts. The problem started not long ago. This is a production server feature that has not undergone any changes (updates, etc.) in the recent past.

What I personally see is 6008, event present in event viewer: previous stop

I also noticed that no new entries were added to the Event Viewer logs due to restarts for an hour or two.
